Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 3 days. If 3 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, if a customer receives a damaged product and provides a video of the unboxing process, we will gladly accept the return of the product.


Refunds

Once we receive the returned product and inspect its condition, we will process your refund within 3 business days.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow your bank or payment provider additional time to process the refund. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. First check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company – it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  3. Next, contact your bank – processing times can vary.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at orders.wifcart@gmail.com.


Shipping Returns

To return your product, please email us first at orders.wifcart@gmail.com for instructions.

  • You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

  • Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

  • For expensive items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
